• Built and deployed the HIPAA LLM API on AWS g4dn with a fine-tuned open-weight model.
• Developed a HIPAA vulnerability scoring model based on NIST CVSS v4.0 and SP 800-66r2.
• Led technical aims and evaluation design for the awarded R42 grant; supervised junior developers.

• Modeled multimodal population data (EHR phenotypes, surveys, whole-genome sequence) on the Researcher Workbench; subgroup-stratified fairness analyses. Co-authored in J. Clinical & Translational Science.

• Architected the Bangladesh National Clinical Data Warehouse — ETL, curation, datamarts, and OLAP over de-identified records from 220 healthcare systems. Elsevier Smart Health Best Paper Award 2022.
• Earlier (Nov 2018 – Jul 2020, part-time): built vInternship.org to benchmark software teams; mentored 10 interns.
