Research Assistant at collaborative research project: NIH R03: Motor Skill Learning in Young Children Born Preterm and NIH R21: Game-based Mobile-Health Quantification of Upper-Limb Motor Performance in Children with Hemiparetic Cerebral Palsy

Role: Design and develop iPad-based game/task for upper-limb assessment, experimental protocol, conduct research experiments, data collection, apply machine learning, statistical analysis, and visualization.

Research Intern, Ubitrix Inc — Summer 2024 & Summer 2025

HIPAAChecker.health team member; contributed to software tools for security vulnerability detection and HIPAA compliance checking. Funded by NIH STTR Phase I, Phase II, and CTC-Wisconsin. Grant link. Funds raised: $2.4M.

Leadership: Led a 16-member technical team to design and implement production-grade products.

Research & Development: Built HIPAA LLM API infrastructure and deployed on AWS g4dn; integrated with the HIPAACHECKER.HEALTH platform using a fine-tuned 120B open-source model. Conducted experiments, publications, and grant reports.

HIPAAScoring: Developed a new HIPAA vulnerability scoring model based on NIST CVSS v4.0 and NIST SP 800-66r2 (manuscript in review, USENIX '26). Computes HIPAA risk scores from static analysis results.

Designed and developed infrastructure of national clinical data warehouse of Bangladesh. ETL, data processing, curation, datamart implementation, OLAP operations.
